Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@fracek.co. We will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without having previously requested the return will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in salable condition and in their original packaging, including tags,unused and must be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or return. The buyer is responsible for shipping the items to us.

Damages and problems Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Refunds We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to even process and post your refund.
